At Made in Mars Studio, we strive to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction with our products. While we do not accept returns, we are happy to offer full refunds in specific circumstances. Please review our refund policy below:
1. No Returns
- All sales are final. We do not accept returns of any products once they have been delivered.
2. Full Refund Eligibility We offer full refunds under the following conditions:
- If the product you received is defective or damaged.
- If the product received does not match the description on our website.
To request a refund, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product at hello@madeinmars.co, providing proof of purchase (order number) and a description or image of the issue.
3. Refund Process
- Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, we will notify you via email.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original method of payment.
- In cases where a product replacement is unavailable, we will automatically process a refund.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, first check your bank account or credit card statement.
- If the refund is still not posted, contact your credit card company or bank, as there may be a processing delay.

5. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
